WSFA Telethon Benefits River Region United Way
It's time for #TelethonTuesday! WSFA is broadcasting a Telethon to benefit River Region United Way on Tuesday, September 17th!

The phone lines are open for your calls from 5am - 7pm with lots of live shots during the broadcasts of WSFA's Today in Alabama, Alabama Live, News at 12, News First at 4, News at 5 and News at 6! You'll also see videos about people whose lives have been impacted by a United Way agency program.

- Executive Director Wendy Anzalone with Cancer Wellness Foundation of Central Alabama
- Kat Garner, a client at the Children's Center Adult Program, with Executive Director Cynthia McCaghren at the Children's Center of Montgomery
- Taylor Namburu, whose son is a client at Easterseals Central Alabama
- Tay Knight, Executive Director of Family Sunshine Center
- Angelica Hawkins, MSN, RN, former client and volunteer at Gift of Life Foundation
- Executive Director Tasha Cooper, HandsOn River Region which operates 211 Connects
- Dionne Dixon, Honor Graduate with Hope Inspired Ministries
- Vinnie Parham at Medical Outreach Ministries
- Jim Weinstock, Board member and volunteer coordinator at MACOA
