Host your Meeting at River Region United Way
River Region United Way offers free meeting space at our building for nonprofit organizations and community partners. This page is designed to help you request and schedule a room for your upcoming meeting or event.
We have two large boardroom-style meeting spaces with comprehensive amenities, including Wi-Fi, audio and video conferencing capabilities, screens, and adjacent kitchen facilities. We also offer lobby meeting spaces that are well-suited for small-group gatherings, such as committee meetings and planning sessions.
We are glad to support the important work happening across our community and look forward to welcoming you to River Region United Way.
Meeting Room Reservation Rules
Before proceeding to the reservation form, please be aware of the following requirements:
- Our organization is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear that occurs during our use of River Region United Way meeting space.
- We will leave the room in the same condition it was found, with all trash removed and any items we brought with us taken out of the space.
- If additional cleaning is required after our meeting, as determined by River Region United Way, our organization agrees to cover the cost of that cleaning.
- Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products of any kind, illegal substances, and weapons are not permitted on River Region United Way property.
- We will properly shut down all River Region United Way equipment and return it to its designated location within the room.
- Food and beverages are not allowed unless approved in advance by River Region United Way.
- We will promptly notify River Region United Way of any spills or damage to property.
- Our organization accepts responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss to people or property that arises in whole or in part from our use of the meeting space. River Region United Way is not responsible for such harm, damage, or loss.
- We agree to indemnify, reimburse, defend, and hold River Region United Way harmless from any claims or legal actions related to our use of the meeting space.
- We understand that, depending on the size, nature, and length of our meeting, we may be required to provide proof of liability insurance naming River Region United Way as an insured in order to use the space.
